Book Illustration & Cover Design

Illustration and cover design for the autobiography Alt Er Muligt (Anything Is Possible), 2025, by Mathias Hjort Jensen. The project includes the cover, back cover, and selected interior illustrations created in close collaboration with the author to illustrate pivotal moments from his life story.

Caricture Illustration

Caricature illustration of transport company owner Kristian Rytter, commissioned by Danish tractor-pulling team Team Hvilsom. Comic-style scene featuring Rytter in front of his truck fleet with a humorous caption about the company’s growth, while the truck’s license plate subtly references Rytter’s 60th birthday.

Logo Design

Commissioned logo design for the dart club Karantænen, named after the bar “cool-off period” given to unruly guests. The design features a character inspired by classic cartoons, reflecting the club’s wild-west bandit atmosphere.

Bar Menu Design

Bar menu card design for the pub Susan Himmelblå, highlighting an affordable selection of beers and drinks in a layout suited to the venue’s lively student crowd.

The Illusion of Relaxation

The illustration explores the contrast between the idealized image of vacation and the reality of human psychology. Set in an airport, where advertisements promise “Pure Relaxation” and escape, while the same time, travelers are overwhelmed by intrusive thoughts. What is marketed as a break from everyday stress often becomes a source of new anxieties.

Children’s story Illustrations

My journey with digital illustration began over a decade ago, when I took on a illustration project for children's book, ‘Hugo and the Strawberry War’, written by Ole Hummelgaard for educational use in elementary schools.

Through this project, I developed my digital illustration skills and learned to translate ideas into engaging visuals for young audiences.
